Recreational Gymnastics
Girls and Boys (separate classes)
Recreational gymnastics classes are for boys and girls, ages 5 and up, who are interested in learning the basics of the sport in a fun and noncompetitive environment. *Students who are 5 years old also have the option of participating in our preschool gymnastics program until the age of 6. Our program is designed to give opportunity for each student to find their fullest potential. We believe that with a strong work ethic, perseverance, and faith, the impossible is just one more thing waiting to be accomplished.
Unless you have recent experience at a competition level, all students new to Emerge will start in our beginner class. From there they will be evaluated and placed in the appropriate level. You may also set up a private lesson with an Emerge coach to have your student evaluated and placed
Boys Recreational Gymnastics
Beginner, Intermediate & Accelerated
5 – 18 years old
$81/month for 1hr & $35 annual fee
- 1 hour a week
- Level testing evaluation three to four times a year (opportunity to move up a level)
- Specific curriculum designed for gymnasts to progress in skills, strength, and coordination
Advanced
$134/month & $35 annual fee
- 2 hours a week
- Level testing evaluation three to four times a year (opportunity to move up a level)

GIRLS RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

TRIAL CLASS
Want to try out a class to see what it’s like before committing? You can sign your student up for a one-time trial class to see if it is a good fit! A trial class costs $20 and is due prior to the class time. Following your child’s trial class, your place will be held until midnight. If your student loved class you can enroll them by submitting an enrollment request through the parent portal. Once the enrollment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. EVALUATIONS AT EMERGE
Once enrolled, students will go through an evaluation three to four times a year. The evaluation process takes two full classes. Upon finishing the evaluation, students will be sent home with their completed evaluation form with level placement. Each gymnast will get a Beginning, Progressing, or Mastered score on each of their skills. A gymnast will need to master all skills in order to move up to the next level.
