Party times
Parties run every Saturday in four slots. Pick the one that fits your celebration.
$265 includes up to 15 party participants (this includes the birthday child). $65 is due upfront and charged to the card on file once the request is approved – the remaining balance is processed on the day of the party.
What’s included
Your instructors coach every minute. The gym floor is reserved exclusively for your party – no other groups on the floor at the same time.

| Ninja obstacle gym | 30 minutes | Ages 6+, shoes & socks required. Under-6 guests get 15 min here + 15 min in the kinder gym instead. |
| Cake & gifts | 30 minutes | Upstairs observation level. You bring cake, drinks, plates, utensils – we handle clean-up. |
Optional add-on
Need a place for the little ones?
Reserve the kinder gym for one hour – perfect for guests ages 6 and under. A coach supervises the whole time.
$65 to reserve, plus $20 per child who participates. These kids are not counted toward your party package limit.
Can adults join in?
Yes! Adults who want to be on the floor are counted toward your total participant number. Adults attending only to watch and cheer are welcome and won’t count toward your total.
Anyone stepping onto the floor – including parents – needs a waiver on file. Parents can complete this easily by adding themselves as a student to their online account.
Waivers: No exceptions
Every party participant must have a valid Emerge Academy account with a completed waiver, or a signed paper waiver, from their parent or legal guardian. There are three ways to get it done.
Create an online account. Checking the box agreeing to our terms & policies fulfills the waiver – no card required for party participants.

Printable Waiver →Complete it in person. Parents dropping off a child at the party can fill one out at the front desk – printed and ready.
